Bradley joined Cogan & Power, P.C. in early 2019 after spending the previous six years practicing personal injury law at two of Chicago’s top plaintiff’s law firms. During that time, Bradley gained invaluable litigation experience, taking hundreds of depositions and trying nearly a dozen cases to verdict in favor of his clients. In March of 2018, he was part of the trial team that, along with Cogan & Power partner Sara Davis, set a record for the largest verdict in the history of Cook County for an occipital neuralgia injury case.
Bradley is now a member of the FELA litigation team alongside Cogan & Power partners George Brugess and Michael Terranova. By focusing his practice entirely upon the representation of injured railroad workers, Bradley dedicates his entire focus to ensuring that the railroad is held accountable for its negligence when it injures one of its employees on the job.
In recognition of his achievements, the National Trial Lawyers named Bradley as one of the Top 40 Under 40 for civil plaintiff lawyers in 2018.
